Bought my 2008 mini cooper there. Always great service and communication. Getting the car cleaned when there for other services is also a nice perk.
My experience was a good one and i would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the customer service center that i called at a 800#. They did not reserve my loaner care and when i called to confirm my appointment and loaner they told me to discuss it with the dealer when i get there that they couldn’t help me. I expected that they would apologize and call ahead for me to see if they could correct the problem. When i showed up for my appointment everyone at the dealer services dept were extremely polite and helpful and they made sure to give me a loaner and take care of my issue with my car without any hassle so for them i give a 5 and customer service a 2.
Phillip was excellent I have leased cars for over 20 years and this was by far the easiest and most comfortable experience I have had. Phillip even saved me a trip into service to have my navigation looked at by continuing to research the problem, and he found out i just had to update the services. Thanks again!
